Boy Scout Troop 99 is a Scout-led program with guidance from trained adult leaders. This program provides the opportunities for the Scouts to build leadership skills, character, citizenship, confidence and responsibility. Scouts of Troop 99 build life skills using the Boy Scout Oath and Law.
